Common Questions

How do I book a concierge pickup?

Tap Book Pickup on the home screen, choose your service type, enter your pickup address, select a date and time slot, then confirm your booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes — open My Bookings, tap the booking you want to cancel, and use the Cancel button. Bookings can be cancelled before a driver is dispatched.

How will I know when my driver is on the way?

You'll receive a WhatsApp notification when a driver is assigned and again when they're en route. You can also track live from the booking detail page.

Is the pickup service free?

Yes. The Arrive concierge pickup is complimentary for all customers visiting our showroom.
