1. Service Overview
Arrive By RC Bafna is a concierge pickup and drop service designed for customers visiting Ratanlal C Bafna Jewellers.
The platform enables:
- Scheduling pickup and return drop services
- Driver assignment and live tracking
- Notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, and push alerts
- Customer and booking management
The Arrive Driver app is intended for authorized drivers to manage assigned bookings and provide service.
2. User Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old
- Must provide accurate personal and contact details
- Fake or misleading information may result in account suspension
3. Booking Rules
- Bookings are subject to time slot and driver availability
- Users must be present at the scheduled pickup location and time
- Return drop bookings:
- Are only allowed after a completed pickup
- Must occur on the same day
- Use the original pickup location as drop destination
4. Driver Assignment & Service Disclaimer
- Drivers are assigned by the platform/admin based on availability
- Exact pickup time is not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Operational constraints
5. Service Nature
- The service may be provided as complimentary for customers
- The company reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the service
- Introduce charges in the future
